Job Description – MEP Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Site Execution & Supervision

- Supervise and monitor MEP works at construction sites.
- Coordinate electrical, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting and drainage activities.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per project schedules.
- Identify and resolve site-level technical issues.

Technical Review & Coordination

- Review MEP drawings, layouts and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with civil, structural, architectural and other project teams.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and vendors.

Quality, Safety & Handover

- Inspect installations and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Assist in testing, commissioning and handover activities.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain site inspection reports, progress reports and relevant documentation.





Required Skills

- Knowledge of MEP drawings, site execution and coordination.
- Understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and firefighting systems.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant MEP experience in construction projects.
- Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualification

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in residential or commercial construction projects.
- Exposure to PMC / site coordination will be preferred.
- Candidates based in or near Bhiwandi, Thane, Kalyan, Dombivli, Ulhasnagar, Titwala, Kalher, Kasheli or Shahapur preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience:

- MEP Execution: 2 years (Preferred)
- Construction: 2 years (Preferred)
