Job Title: Supply Chain Business Analyst – with Scrum Handling Experience Role Overview We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in supply chain processes and basic Scrum coordination skills to support the delivery of digital and AI-enabled solutions. The ideal candidate will understand supply chain business operations, translate business needs into clear requirements, and facilitate day-to-day Agile delivery activities. The role requires someone who can work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers and testers to ensure requirements are understood, priorities are explicit, and delivery activities progress smoothly. Essential Skills and Experience Experience as a Business Analyst in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing or a related business domain. Good understanding of supply chain processes, preferably including demand and supply planning. Experience gathering requirements and translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria. Basic hands-on experience coordinating Scrum ceremonies and tracking Agile delivery activities. Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps or similar project management tools. Strong communication, stakeholder management and facilitation skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and follow up proactively. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including business, technology and testing teams. Exposure to AI/GenAI,



automation or digital transformation projects. Experience working with enterprise applications and data-driven solutions. Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and Scrum principles. Experience working with distributed teams across different locations and time zones. Basic understanding of software development and testing life cycles. Experience Typically 5+ years of overall Business Analysis experience. At least 2–3 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing or a closely related domain. Some practical experience coordinating Scrum activities; a formal Scrum Master background is not essential. Key Attributes Proactive, organised and detail-oriented. Comfortable engaging with business stakeholders and technical teams. Strong ownership of requirements, actions and delivery follow-ups. Able to facilitate daily Scrum calls and keep the team focused on priorities. A collaborative team player who can balance business analysis with day-to-day delivery coordination. Role Summary This is a hands-on Business Analyst role with additional Scrum coordination responsibilities. The primary focus is supply chain business analysis, supported by the ability to facilitate daily Scrum meetings, track progress and coordinate delivery activities. A dedicated, certified Scrum Master is not required.
