Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and client-focused Business Development Executive to join a growing Destination Wedding company. The role involves handling enquiries, understanding client requirements, pitching wedding services and destinations, and converting potential leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and follow up on wedding enquiries and leads.
- Understand client requirements, budgets, destinations, and preferences.
- Present wedding packages, venues, concepts, and services effectively.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Coordinate with wedding planners, vendors, venues, and internal teams.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations.
- Follow up consistently and work towards lead conversion and revenue targets.




- Travel for client meetings, venue visits, events, and destination weddings when required.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Client Servicing, Sales, Events, Weddings, Hospitality, Travel, or a related industry.
- Excellent English communication is mandatory.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in handling premium clients and understanding their requirements.
- Target-oriented with solid follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Must be willing to travel as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
