We are expanding our distribution network across Trivandrum and are looking for energetic, hardworking, and result-oriented Van Salesmen to drive daily sales and retail coverage.

Job Overview

As a Van Salesman, you will accompany a dedicated sales van and driver along designated routes in Trivandrum. Your primary focus will be direct retail sales, stock loading/unloading at retail outlets, order booking, billing, and payment collection. (Driving is NOT required; a dedicated van and driver are provided).

Key Responsibilities

- Direct Sales: Accompany the delivery van on designated daily routes to pitch and sell Pavizham FMCG products (Rice, Edible Oils, Wheat, Spices, etc.) to existing retailers and onboard new outlets.
- Physical Handling: Assist with loading stock onto the van daily and physically unload/deliver orders directly into retail stores, supermarkets, and kirana outlets.
- Stock & Billing:



Manage and monitor stock inventory loaded into the van daily; ensure zero damage and issue spot invoices/bills for delivered goods.
- Collections: Handle spot cash collections, UPI payments, credit management, and complete daily settlement of accounts.
- Targets: Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the Sales Management team.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with retail shop owners and trade partners across Trivandrum.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or SSLC.
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience as a Van Salesman, Spot Salesman, or Direct Retail Salesman in the FMCG / Food Industry.
- Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and willing to handle daily loading and unloading of goods at retail counters.
- Language: Fluent in Malayalam.
- Knowledge: Sound geographical knowledge of Trivandrum city and suburban retail markets.

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience).
