Key Responsibilities

- Provide individual counselling and emotional support to students.
- Identify students facing stress, anxiety, academic difficulties, or personal challenges.
- Help students improve confidence, motivation, and communication skills.
- Conduct group counselling sessions and mental health awareness programmes.
- Support students in managing academic pressure and personal issues.
- Coordinate with faculty members, mentors, parents, and student support teams when appropriate.
- Identify students who need additional professional support and refer them to qualified specialists.
- Maintain confidential counselling records and student progress reports.
- Conduct workshops on stress management, emotional well-being, and personality development.




- Monitor student well-being and follow up on counselling cases.

Required Qualifications

- M.A. / M.Sc. in Psychology or Counselling Psychology.
- Knowledge of counselling techniques and student psychology.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand student problems and provide appropriate guidance.
- Empathy, patience, and active listening skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
