Industry: Injection Moulding (Mandatory)

Location: Ecotech 1 Extension, Greater Noida
Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Experience: 7–8 Years

Job Responsibilities

- Manage daily production activities and ensure achievement of production targets.
- Handle injection moulding machines, production planning, and process optimization.
- Monitor production quality, cycle time, machine utilization, and rejection rates.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, raw materials, and machinery.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments for smooth production operations.
- Troubleshoot production and mould-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Implement safety standards, 5S, and continuous improvement practices.
- Maintain production reports, shift records, and other relevant documentation.
- Lead and supervise production operators and supervisors.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or Plastic Engineering preferred.
- 7–8 years of experience in the Injection Moulding Industry is mandatory.




- Solid knowledge of injection moulding machines, moulds, and processing parameters.
- Experience in production planning, manpower management, and quality control.
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
