Job Title: Motor Rewinding Technician - Armature / Coil Winding

Job Role:
We are looking for an experienced Motor Rewinding Technician who has strong hands-on experience in Armature Motor Rewinding and Coil Rewinding.

Responsibilities:

- Complete rewinding of AC / DC Motors, Single Phase & Three Phase Motors, HT/LT Motors
- Armature rewinding, Stator winding, Rotor winding, Field coil winding
- Coil making, coil insertion, varnishing, baking, bearing fitting
- Motor fault finding - burnt motor diagnosis, testing with megger, multimeter
- Motor testing, load testing and final quality checking
- Maintain winding data, wire gauge record and daily work report
- Maintenance of rewinding machines and tools

Required Skills & Experience:





- ITI Electrician / Wireman / Diploma in Electrical
- 2 to 10 Years experience in Motor Rewinding / Armature Rewinding / Coil Winding
- Knowledge of different wire gauges (SWG), coil pitch, slot calculation
- Able to work independently on all types of motors from 0.5 HP to 100 HP
- Local candidate from Kheda, Nadiad, Anand, Vaso, Dantali preferred
