Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll coordination, employee engagement, HR documentation, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to offer release and onboarding.
- Handle employee joining, exit formalities, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
- Coordinate payroll processing, salary revisions, and Full & Final settlements.
- Manage HR policies, documentation, people management and employee communication.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, performance reviews, and grievance handling.
- Maintain HRMS data and prepare HR reports and MIS.
- Support performance management, probation reviews, and confirmation processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate or postgraduate in HR,



Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end HR operations.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, HR documentation, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS, Excel, and HR reporting.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Only local candidates from Nashik will be considered.
