n this role, you will be directly responsible for shaping our brand image through cutting-edge logo designs, comprehensive marketing materials (brochures, catalogues), and eye-catching product packaging and labels.

Key Responsibilities

- Brand Identity & Logo Design:
- Conceptualize, design, and execute strong logo concepts and comprehensive visual brand identities from scratch or refresh existing guidelines.
- Develop brand books, typography standards, color palettes, and visual design rules to maintain consistency across all marketing assets.
- Product Packaging & Labeling:
- Create print-ready packaging designs, die-lines, box layouts, and product labels that meet regulatory/compliance standards and stand out on store shelves.
- Collaborate with production and print vendors to select appropriate materials, finishes (e.g., foil stamping, spot UV, embossing), and color profiles (CMYK, Pantone).
- Marketing & Print Collateral (Brochures & Catalogues):
- Layout and design high-impact multi-page catalogues, product brochures, promotional flyers, and corporate booklets.
- Prepare flawless print production files (pre-press), managing bleed, trim lines, margins, and image resolutions (300 DPI).
- Digital & Cross-Functional Visuals:
- Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate brainstorming, texture generation, and creative asset creation.
- Translate print and brand assets into digital formats for web, social media campaigns, e-commerce listings, and email banners.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Core Technical Skills (Mandatory):




- Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and CorelDRAW for graphic design, photo manipulation, vector graphics, and print layout.
- Practical experience using Generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT/DALL-E, or Photoshop AI features) for design exploration and visual generation.
- Advanced understanding of pre-press print preparation, color modes (CMYK vs. RGB, Pantone/PMS), die-line setup, and print production workflows.
- Strong mastery of layout, typography, grid systems, composition, and color theory.
- Experience & Portfolio Requirements:
- Robust Portfolio (Mandatory): Demonstrates proven real-world projects featuring logo design, branding suites, product packaging/labeling, and multi-page print collateral (brochures/catalogues).
- 2–4+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer in an agency, in-house brand, or product-focused company.
- Soft Skills:
- High attention to detail regarding alignment, typography, and proofreading.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications (Plus Points)

- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects for creating motion graphics, animated logo resolves, product promos, and social media ads.
- Working knowledge of Blender (or other 3D software) to create photorealistic 3D product renders, packaging mockups, and dimensional visual effects.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
