About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance qualified to lead and strengthen Quality Management Systems (QMS) within the electronics manufacturing industry, preferably in the aerospace and defence sectors.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards, developing quality procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing and quality processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.
- Develop, review, and maintain AS9100 procedures and quality-related documentation, including QAP, ATP, QTP, FAT, and CBD.
- Drive the implementation and compliance of AS9115, AS9102, and AS9103 standards.
- Ensure adherence to applicable aerospace, defence, electronics manufacturing, and industry-specific quality standards.
- Implement and monitor Foreign Object Debris/Damage (FOD) control, 5S, and other quality improvement initiatives.
- Lead Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA), and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) activities.
- Coordinate quality audits, compliance assessments, corrective actions, and process improvement initiatives.
- Support quality assurance and compliance requirements throughout electronics manufacturing and product lifecycle processes.
- Liaise with relevant defence quality assurance agencies, certification bodies, and railway authorities as required.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality, process reliability, and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of overall experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably within the aerospace and defence electronics industry.
- 3–5 years of experience implementing ISO 9001 and AS9100 Quality Management Systems in the electronics industry.
- Experience working as a Deputy Management Representative (Dy MR) or in a comparable QMS leadership capacity.
- Strong experience developing and reviewing AS9100 procedures and quality documentation.
- Practical experience implementing AS9115, AS9102, and AS9103 standards.
- Experience with CAPA, RCCA, FMEA, FOD control, and 5S implementation.
- Knowledge of electronics manufacturing quality requirements and relevant industry standards.

Candidates should have good exposure to the following standards and practices:

- IPC and J-STD standards
- JSS 55555:2012
- MIL-461 E/F and MIL-810 G
- ESD S20.20
