- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating. Monitor patients' temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and other vital signs. Help patients move, walk, and transfer safely. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patients and their surroundings. Assist nurses and doctors with basic patient care. Provide food, water, and medication reminders as instructed. Observe patients' health conditions and report changes to nurses. Maintain patient records and daily care reports. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients. Follow hospital safety, hygiene, and infection-control procedures.
