About RentHub360

RentHub360 is a PG and hostel management platform designed to simplify property operations, tenant management, rent tracking, and other day-to-day activities for PG and hostel owners.

We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Telecallers to connect with potential customers, explain our software solutions, and generate business leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to PG owners, hostel owners, and property managers.
- Explain RentHub360 features, benefits, and subscription plans.
- Identify potential customers and generate qualified leads.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule product demonstrations for potential customers.
- Maintain customer information, call records, and follow-up details.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Build positive relationships with prospects and customers.




- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.

Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Proficiency in Tamil and basic English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented mindset.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
