Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through phone calls, emails, and messages.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM software.
- Follow up with existing customers regarding payments, renewals, and service requests.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain customer records, feedback, and complaint details.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and complaints.
- Generate daily reports on customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Support the sales team in customer retention and business development activities.
Location: Coimbatore Near Saravanampatti
Experience: 1–10 Years
Qualification: Any Degree
Pay: ₹35,600.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
