We are building the Vieroots Distribution Engine: a company-owned network of Instagram accounts that takes our health knowledge to audiences across India. Each month, the engine uses AI to turn 60–70 original videos from our content team into hundreds of distinct variations and publishes them across the network. The Growth Lead owns the engine. They set the distribution strategy, plan account expansion, set content-pillar priorities, and lead the Content Strategy & Intelligence and AI Content Production specialists. They direct the engine's automation work, turn network data into KPIs, decide what to scale, and report to management. They pass warm audiences and the best-performing content to performance marketing, make sure health claims are fact-checked before anything goes live, and are accountable for the network's performance and business results.

Required experience

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
