Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to manage, supervise and coordinate electrical works across construction projects and company facilities. The candidate should have robust technical knowledge of electrical installations, power distribution, site execution, maintenance and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute and supervise electrical works at construction sites and company facilities.
- Handle electrical installations, including LT panels, transformers, DG sets, motors, cabling, lighting and earthing systems.
- Coordinate power distribution and electrical requirements for RMC plants, crusher units, block factories and construction projects.
- Review electrical drawings, layouts, BOQs and technical specifications.
- Monitor electrical contractors, technicians and site teams to ensure timely execution and quality of work.
- Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment and machinery.
- Identify electrical faults, troubleshoot issues and implement corrective measures to minimise downtime.
- Coordinate with project, purchase and operations teams for electrical materials, equipment and services.
- Monitor material consumption,



prepare estimates and ensure cost-effective utilisation of resources.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory requirements and site safety procedures.
- Maintain records of electrical installations, maintenance activities, inspections and equipment performance.
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical reports to management.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in the construction, infrastructure, industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, panels, transformers, DG sets and industrial machinery.
- Experience in site execution, contractor management and electrical maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.
- Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites as required.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
