Job Overview

SVM is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and qualified Computer Teacher to teach students from Classes I–X. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of computer applications, information technology, digital tools, and age-appropriate computer education, along with the ability to make technology engaging and accessible to students across different grade levels.

The teacher will be responsible for developing students' digital literacy, computer proficiency, logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and responsible use of technology, while providing both theoretical knowledge and practical hands-on learning experiences

Key Responsibilities





- Teach Computer Science/Computer Applications to Classes I–X in accordance with the school's curriculum and academic standards.
- Develop students' understanding of computer fundamentals, operating systems, office applications, internet usage, digital literacy, and cyber safety.
- Introduce age-appropriate concepts of coding, programming, computational thinking, and problem-solving as prescribed in the curriculum.
- Conduct regular computer laboratory sessions and provide students with hands-on experience in using computers and relevant software.
- Encourage students to use technology creatively, responsibly, safely, and effectively.
- Assess and monitor students' progress through classwork, practical work, projects, assignments, tests, and examinations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, or a relevant discipline.
- B.Ed. or equivalent recognised teaching qualification is preferred.
- Knowledge of coding/programming and age-appropriate educational technology will be an advantage.
- Ability to conduct both theoretical and practical computer classes effectively.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
