Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor with mandatory Oil & Gas industry experience to supervise mechanical teams during construction, maintenance, shutdown, and turnaround activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution.

Job Responsibilities

· Supervise and coordinate mechanical activities during shutdowns, turnarounds, and maintenance projects.

· Allocate manpower, equipment, and resources to meet project schedules.

· Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.

· Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams.

· Conduct toolbox talks and ensure adherence to HSE procedures.

· Identify and resolve mechanical and operational issues.

· Maintain daily progress reports and work records.

Candidate Requirements

· Minimum 10+ years of experience in mechanical supervision.

· Mandatory Oil & Gas industry experience.

· Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering.

· Solid knowledge of mechanical systems, maintenance,



shutdown, and turnaround operations.

· Proven leadership and team management skills.

· Knowledge of industrial safety procedures and quality standards.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
