We're Hiring: International voice Process Associate – Night Shift

Location: S.G. Highway, Ahmedabad
Shift: Monday to Friday | 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month + Performance Incentives
Age Limit: 18–30 Years
Education: Open to Undergraduates & Graduates
Job Type: Full-Time | In-Office | Permanent

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Deliver timely and effective solutions to customer queries or concerns.
- Accurately update customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Meet daily performance goals and support team success.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and international service standards.

What We’re Looking For

- Fluent English with a neutral or global accent
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills




- Comfortable with night shifts and working from the office
- Experience in international BPO/KPO and other relevant voice process is preferred
- Freshers with excellent English skills are also encouraged to apply
