Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer with relevant experience in electrical design for residential construction projects, preferably high-rise buildings. The role involves preparing electrical layouts, load calculations, single-line diagrams, and technical drawings, along with coordinating with consultants and project teams to ensure productive, safe, and compliant electrical design and execution.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare electrical layouts, single-line diagrams (SLD), load schedules, and detailed drawings.

· Design power distribution, lighting, earthing, lightning protection, DG, transformer, and common-area electrical systems.

· Perform load calculations, cable sizing, and prepare BOQs and material specifications.

· Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, MEP, Fire & Safety, and Project teams.

· Ensure electrical designs comply with applicable codes,



standards, and project specifications.

· Review shop drawings and coordinate with consultants and contractors.

· Conduct site visits and resolve design and execution-related technical issues.

· Incorporate design revisions and maintain updated drawings and documentation.

· Support value engineering and energy-efficient electrical solutions.

Qualification & Experience

· Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering.

· 4–12 years of relevant experience in electrical design.

· Experience in high-rise residential construction / real estate projects preferred.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, electrical design software, and MS Office.

· Knowledge of ETAP / Revit MEP will be an added advantage.

· Strong technical, analytical, and coordination skills.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
