Role Overview Build and scale Figma design systems and templates (emails & landing pages) for higher-ed marketing campaigns using Claude AI to speed up production.

Key Responsibilities

- Design Systems: Build Figma components, variables, variants, and responsive templates.

- AI Workflows: Use Claude to analyze brand assets, streamline setup, and refine production steps.

- Multi-Brand Execution: Adapt core email and landing page templates to fit specific partner brands.

- QA & Organization: Review AI outputs, enforce strict naming conventions,



and ensure accessibility.

What You Need

- Figma: Mastery of Auto Layout, variables, components, and libraries.

- Claude AI: Direct experience using Claude for design or production tasks.

- Portfolio: Proven work in design systems, templates, or multi-brand projects.

- Nice-to-Have: Email production tools (e.g., Emailify), HTML/CSS, or higher-ed experience.

Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
