JOB DESCRIPTION – CDP & DCDP CHEF

Veedee Solutions LLP is Hiring!

Position: Chef de Partie (CDP) & Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP)
Location: Andheri Airport, Mumbai
Cuisine: Indian & Continental
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare and present high-quality Indian and Continental dishes.
- Manage daily kitchen operations and assigned food sections.
- Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
- Manage food inventory, stock rotation, and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with senior chefs and guide junior kitchen staff.
- Ensure timely food preparation and smooth kitchen operations.

Candidate Requirements:

- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant,



airport kitchen, or hospitality industry.
- Good knowledge of Indian and Continental cuisine.
- Strong cooking skills and knowledge of kitchen operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
- Candidates with relevant experience are preferred.
