Registered Nurses – Home Visits / On-Call

Care Bridge Home invites experienced B.Sc/GNM/ANM nurses with valid registration to provide professional nursing care at patients’ homes.

Locations: Thiruvalla, Pathanamthitta, Kottayam, Alappuzha, Kollam, Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi, Thrissur, Palakkad and Kozhikode.

Key Responsibilities

- Prescribed injections, IV cannulation and IV therapy.
- Wound dressing, pressure-injury care and postoperative care.
- Urinary catheter insertion, replacement, removal and care.
- Ryle’s tube care, tube-feeding support and PEG-site care.
- Stoma care and suture/staple removal.
- Prescribed nebulisation and oxygen therapy.
- Vital signs, blood glucose monitoring and prescribed insulin administration.
- Post-discharge nursing support and patient/carer education.
- Maintain visit records, follow infection-control practices and promptly report changes in the patient’s condition.





All procedures must be appropriate for home care and performed within verified clinical competence, organisational protocols and medical orders where required.

Requirements

- Relevant clinical experience and confidence in undertaking home visits.
- Valuable communication, assessment and documentation skills.
- Ability to travel within the preferred service area.
- Basic Life Support training preferred.

Work Arrangement: Flexible, on-call, visit-based assignments according to availability and service requirements.

Payment: Per-visit rates agreed according to the procedure, location and experience.
