**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Executive to join our team in Anand. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our clientele.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct day-to-day sales activities, including assisting customers in selecting eyewear, providing product recommendations, and processing transactions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.





- Stay updated on optical products and industry trends to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.

- Collaborate with team members to optimize store operations and enhance the customer experience.

**Qualifications:**

- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.

- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail workplace and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

- Knowledge of optical products and industry trends is preferred.

- Prior sales experience in the eyewear or retail industry is a plus.

- Fluency in Gujarati, English, and Hindi is required.

**Working Hours:**

9:15 am to 8:30 pm (with appropriate breaks)

Salary: Rs 13,000-Rs 15,000( and maybe more if have relevant experience)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
