- Counsel students interested in studying in Germany.
- Evaluate academic profiles, percentage, backlogs and study gaps.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain public and private universities in Germany.
- Guide students regarding English-taught and German-taught programmes.
- Explain tuition fees, semester contributions, living expenses and scholarships.
- Assess eligibility based on academic background and language proficiency.

2. University & Course Selection

- Shortlist suitable universities based on student profiles.
- Identify relevant Bachelor's, Master's and other postgraduate programmes.
- Check university eligibility criteria and admission requirements.
- Verify IELTS, TOEFL, PTE and German language requirements.
- Check APS certificate requirements wherever applicable.
- Monitor university application deadlines and intake availability.
- Provide accurate information about public and private universities.

3. Application & Admission Process

- Collect and verify student documents.
- Prepare and submit university applications.
- Apply through university portals and Uni-Assist wherever applicable.




- Follow up with universities regarding application status.
- Track conditional and unconditional offer letters.
- Coordinate with students regarding pending documents.
- Guide students through admission acceptance and tuition deposit procedures.

4. APS Certificate & Document Verification

- Guide students through the APS application process.
- Verify academic documents before APS submission.
- Follow up on APS status and document verification.
- Explain the importance of APS for Indian applicants.
- Coordinate with students regarding additional document requirements.

5. Visa Processing & Documentation

- Guide students through the German student visa process.
- Explain blocked account requirements and financial documentation.
- Assist with visa application document preparation.
- Guide students regarding health insurance.
- Prepare students for visa interviews, wherever applicable.
- Check admission letters, SOP, CV and financial documents.
- Monitor visa application progress and communicate updates.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
