Roles & Responsibilities:

- Set up and install stamping tools and dies in press machines.
- Perform tool setting, alignment, and adjustment activities.
- Ensure proper die installation before starting production.
- Adjust press machine settings according to production requirements.
- Monitor the stamping process and ensure product quality.
- Identify and rectify tool setting and die-related issues.
- Perform trial runs after tool setting and verify output quality.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams.
- Ensure minimum tool changeover time and reduce production downtime.
- Follow workplace safety procedures during tool setting activities.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of stamping tools and dies.
- Experience in press shop operations.
- Knowledge of tool setting and alignment.
- Basic troubleshooting skills.

3. Tool Maintenance Technician-3 Vacancies

Roles & Responsibilities:





- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of stamping tools and dies.
- Inspect tools and dies regularly to identify wear and damage.
- Carry out tool repair, servicing, and replacement activities.
- Identify and troubleshoot tool-related problems during production.
- Perform grinding, polishing, fitting, and adjustment of tools.
- Maintain tools and dies to ensure proper functioning.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize machine downtime.
- Maintain tool maintenance records and reports.
- Support tool modification and improvement activities.
- Follow safety standards and maintain proper housekeeping in the tool room.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of tool and die maintenance.
- Experience in press tools and stamping dies.
- Knowledge of fitting, grinding, and polishing.
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
