Job Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising daily auxiliary department operations.
- Coordinate and monitor shop-floor manpower.
- Ensure smooth workflow and production support.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality departments.
- Monitor work progress and maintain daily reports.
- Ensure safety procedures, 5S, and workplace discipline.
- Report operational issues to the department supervisor.
