- Role Overview: Acts as the primary point of contact for patients, managing check-ins, scheduling, phone inquiries, and initial administrative intake.

and guide them through registration forms.
- Scheduling & Communication: Answer phone calls, book/reschedule appointments, and relay messages between patients and medical staff.
- Billing & Payments: Handle cash or digital registers, process basic co-pays or billing inquiries, and issue receipts.
