Job Title: Sales & Customer Relationship Executive

Location: Wazirpur, Delhi

Salary: Up to ₹3.5 LPA

Working Hours: 10 AM – 8 PM

Experience: 2+ years preferred

Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales & Customer Relationship Executive with excellent English communication skills to manage customer interactions and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and follow-ups.

- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.

- Generate sales, convert leads, and achieve sales targets.

- Build solid customer relationships and encourage repeat business.

- Coordinate with internal teams for order updates and issue resolution.

- Maintain customer records and sales reports.

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

- Good sales, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.

- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.

- Experience in sales, telesales, CRM, or customer service preferred.

- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
