About the Role:
KV Group Global is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Dispatch Team, handling an Australian Movers & Packers process.
This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in the international BPO industry. The role involves acting as a communication link between customers and moving teams, ensuring smooth coordination, timely updates, and a hassle-free moving experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a communication bridge between customers and movers to coordinate shipment and moving-related activities.
- Handle customer queries through voice and/or chat channels.
- Coordinate with moving teams to ensure smooth shipment scheduling and timely updates.
- Communicate shipment details, resolve basic concerns, and facilitate smooth coordination between all parties.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and shipment updates.
- Ensure skilled and effective communication throughout the process.
Requirements:
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with experience in domestic or international BPO (voice/chat) will have an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good coordination, problem-solving, and customer-handling abilities.
- Comfortable working in night shifts and rotational early-morning shifts.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to an international logistics process.
