Job Responsibilities :
Generate business loan leads through open-market sourcing and field visits.
Identify potential customers and acquire new clients for business loan products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Conduct regular field visits and centre meetings.
l Review loan applications and assist customers throughout the loan process.
l Follow up on loan repayments and manage delinquency.
l Explore current markets and identify business expansion opportunities.
l Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan disbursement
Mandatory Requirements
Valid Driving Licence (DL).
Personal two-wheeler is compulsory.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
