Job Title: Vocational Instructor – Computers (Partnership Basis)

Location: Janakpuri, Delhi

Eligibility: Candidate with Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in computer education, vocational training, or computer operations.

Minimum Qualification: Graduate in Computer Applications, Information Technology, or a related field, preferably.

12th pass candidates with a relevant diploma or certificate in Computer Applications may also be considered.

1. Job Purpose

To provide practical computer training to girls, enabling them to develop digital literacy, improve employability, and become financially independent through employment or self-employment opportunities.

2. Key Roles:

- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Notepad, WordPad, Paint/3D Paint, and office document design to improve digital literacy.
- Advanced Excel for business and data management, Pivot Tables, Charts, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Data Validation, MIS Reports, Budgeting, Protection Tools, and advanced data analysis techniques.
- Digital Marketing Tools. SEO, Social Media Marketing,



Google My Business, Facebook & Instagram Ads, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Content Marketing, YouTube Marketing, Canva, AI Tools, and website creation.
- Financial Accounting - Tally Prim, Accounting Fundamentals, GST, VAT, TDS, Inventory Management, Ledger Accounts, Online Accounting Processes, Financial Reports, and business accounting practices.
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Canva. Learn logo design, social media creatives, brochures, business cards, image editing, typography, print design, branding, and skilled graphic creation.
- Prepare lesson plans, training schedules, practical assignments, and learning materials.
- Assess trainees’ progress through practical exercises and maintain attendance and performance records.

3. Experience and Skills Required

- Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and explain technical concepts in simple language.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Patience and ability to train beginners from diverse educational and social backgrounds.
