Job Summary

We are looking for a well-groomed, energetic and customer-oriented F&B; Steward to join our Food & Beverage Service team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to deliver excellent guest service while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests warmly, ensuring a professional and friendly approach.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar team.
- Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.
- Have good knowledge of the menu, ingredients, preparation methods and daily specials.
- Ensure proper table setup, table maintenance and timely clearance.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, banquet and service areas.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Handle guest requests, queries and complaints professionally.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service sequences.
- Ensure proper billing coordination and accurate order processing.
- Assist in buffet setup, banquet functions, events and special dining arrangements.
- Maintain proper grooming,



personal hygiene and professional conduct.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive and personalized service.
- Minimize breakage, wastage and unnecessary consumption of service supplies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in F&B; Service.
- Previous experience in a hotel, resort or reputed restaurant preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Knowledge of restaurant, banquet and buffet operations.
- Ability to handle guest requests and work under pressure.
- Good grooming, personal hygiene and skilled attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with experience in hotel or resort operations.
- Knowledge of restaurant, banquet, poolside and outdoor dining service.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and restaurant billing.
- Ability to provide quality guest service during high-volume operations.
- Candidates with a guest-focused attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: 12,000 - 13,000 (Negotiable based on experience and skills.)
