Job Overview

We are looking for experienced and customer-focused ORM Executives to manage online customer interactions, social media queries, and customer escalations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Online Reputation Management (ORM), social media customer support, and escalation handling, along with excellent English communication and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and concerns through inbound communication channels.
- Manage customer interactions across social media platforms.
- Monitor and respond to customer comments, messages, complaints, and feedback.
- Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Draft clear, accurate, and skilled responses to customer queries.
- Address customer grievances while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams for resolving complex customer issues.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and escalation cases.
- Ensure brand reputation is maintained across online platforms.

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in ORM,



Social Media Customer Support, or Escalation Handling.
- Prior experience managing customer interactions on social media platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong drafting and professional response-writing abilities.
- Good understanding of escalation management and complaint resolution.
- Ability to handle difficult customer situations calmly and professionally.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and other social media channels.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Customer-centric approach with attention to detail.

Job Highlights

- Salary: ₹28K–₹30K In-Hand
