HR / Talent Acquisition Intern

ysk Ateliers is looking for enthusiastic and confident HR / Talent Acquisition Interns who want to gain practical exposure to recruitment and HR processes.

Internship Details

- Position: HR / Talent Acquisition Intern
- Work Mode: 100% Work From Home
- Openings: 20
- Duration: 3 Months
- Stipend: Unpaid
- Working Days: 5 Days a Week
- Daily Commitment: 3–4 Hours
- Experience: Freshers and college students are welcome

Roles & Responsibilities

- Source candidates for HR and Talent Acquisition positions.
- Communicate with candidates and conduct initial screening.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with shortlisted candidates.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Assist the HR/TA team with day-to-day recruitment activities.
- Support candidate engagement and recruitment coordination.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of HR and Talent Acquisition.
- Ability to communicate confidently with candidates.
- Availability for 3–4 hours daily.




- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Commitment to completing the full 3-month internship.
