**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Talent Sourcing:**
- Utilize portals like Indeed, Work India, Apna, etc., for candidate sourcing.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings.

2. **Relationship Management:**
- Build positive relationships with potential candidates.
- Communicate effectively throughout the recruitment process.

3. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to candidates.

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum 1 year of HR recruitment experience.
- Familiarity with recruitment portals (Indeed, Work India, Apna).
- Solid communication and organizational skills.
