We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Remote Sales Executive to generate leads, connect with potential customers, and increase sales of our cashew nuts and related products. The candidate will handle customer enquiries, follow up with prospects, and develop long-term business relationships through phone calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
- Generate sales leads through IndiaMART and other online channels.
- Follow up with wholesalers, distributors, retailers, supermarkets, snack manufacturers, and bulk buyers.
- Explain product grades, pricing, packaging, and delivery details to customers.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for order processing.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed sales orders.
- Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales in Excel or CRM.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular sales reports.





Required Skills

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and email.
- Confidence in making outbound sales calls and negotiating with customers.
- Good follow-up skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently from home.
- Prior experience in telecalling, B2B sales, FMCG, food products, or IndiaMART sales is preferred.
