About the Role

Swiss Cottage by Bliss Forestia is looking for a friendly, responsible, and service-oriented Guest Service Associate to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience for our guests. The role involves assisting guests with their needs, maintaining room amenities, and providing prompt and courteous service throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

- Guest Assistance: Welcome guests and assist with luggage handling during arrival and departure.
- Guest Queries & Complaints: Attend to guest requests, questions, and complaints politely and promptly, coordinating with the relevant team when required.
- Room Amenities: Replenish drinking water bottles, tea and coffee sachets, sugar, milk powder, and other standard room amenities as required.
- Room Readiness: Check that guest rooms have the necessary supplies and are ready for guest use.
- Guest Service: Respond to guest requests in a timely manner and ensure a warm,



hospitable experience.
- Coordination: Work closely with the housekeeping, front office, and other hotel staff to resolve guest concerns.
- General Support: Assist with day-to-day hotel operations and other guest service duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Good communication skills and a polite, helpful attitude.
- Well-groomed, punctual, and disciplined.
- Willingness to assist guests and work as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to handle guest concerns calmly and professionally.
