Maxim Global Accounting is seeking an experienced Corporate Accounting Supervisor to lead accounting operations for US based clients and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Required: 5+ years of Netsuite Experience

- 10+ years of experience in Corporate Accounting, with robust exposure to Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger accounting.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP.
- Proven experience in managing and supervising accounting teams, including work allocation, review, and meeting deadlines.
- Strong experience managing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
- Thorough understanding of the end-to-end financial close process, including reviewing journal entries, account reconciliations, and GL activity.
- Experience performing P&L; reviews, identifying unusual movements, and investigating account-level variances.
- Strong knowledge of intercompany accounting, including reconciliations, balances,



and related accounting entries.
- Experience reviewing and supporting the preparation of financial statements.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP with prior experience supporting US-based clients/businesses.
- Ability to work in a self-driven, low-supervision environment, take ownership of responsibilities, and consistently meet reporting and close deadlines.
- Experience coordinating directly with CFOs, Controllers, and other finance stakeholders on accounting, close, and reporting matters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for a US-client-facing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently investigate and resolve accounting issues.

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
