Job Summary

Ecopmin Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, maintenance, programming, and troubleshooting of SMT (Surface Mount Technology) equipment.

Marathi-speaking candidates based in Pune or willing to relocate to Pune are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, commission, and service SMT equipment at customer locations.
- Handle SMT Pick & Place machine programming and troubleshooting.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of SMT machines.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, and mechanical machine issues.
- Support SMT equipment such as Pick & Place, Screen Printer, SPI, AOI, and Reflow machines.
- Perform machine setup, calibration, and optimization.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.




- Provide technical support and coordinate with customers.
- Support machine installation, integration, and commissioning.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 years of experience in SMT equipment servicing or SMT machine operations.
- Strong knowledge of SMT machine programming, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Panasonic, Yamaha, JUKI, Hanwha, or similar SMT machines.
- Knowledge of SPI, AOI, Screen Printer, and Reflow equipment.
- Experience in machine installation and commissioning.
- Good technical troubleshooting and customer-handling skills.
- Marathi-speaking candidates are preferred.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations when required.
