Job Summary:

Responsible for developing new home-cleaning products and packaging solutions, improving existing products, and coordinating with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop new products and improve existing products such as scrubbers, scrub pads, sponge wipes, microfiber cloths, mops, and wipers.

- Coordinate product sampling, testing, and quality checks.

- Develop packaging designs, artwork, labels, and specifications for retail and private-label customers.

- Coordinate with packaging vendors, printers, and raw material suppliers.

- Evaluate packaging materials, costing, and cost-effective alternatives.

- Ensure packaging meets customer requirements and quality standards.





- Maintain product specifications, sample records, and packaging approvals.

- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Procurement, and Quality Control teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate or diploma in Packaging, Product Design, Engineering, or a related field.

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in product development or packaging, preferably in FMCG or home-care manufacturing.

- Knowledge of packaging materials, printing processes, product costing, and supplier coordination.

- Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
