Job Location: Rabale MIDC, Rabale, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
Working Hours: Day Shift (exact timings to be confirmed)
Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 3–5 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily production planning and execution as per buyer orders.
- Supervise grinding, blending, pouch packing, jar packing, labelling, and carton packing.
- Manage raw materials, pouches, packaging materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory.
- Maintain accurate stock records in Excel and physical registers.
- Supervise 20–40 workers, attendance, productivity, and work allocation.
- Coordinate machine setup, breakdowns, and production delays.
- Ensure cleaning, hygiene, PPE, metal detector checks, and BRC audit compliance.
- Maintain batch-wise traceability and control material consumption and wastage.
- Prepare daily production, stock, manpower, and pending dispatch reports.




- Independently manage factory-floor operations and report directly to management.

Mandatory Requirements

- 3–5 years of relevant manufacturing or production experience.
- Robust knowledge of inventory management and production planning.
- Working knowledge of Excel and stock reconciliation.
- Ability to manage workers and daily operations independently.
- Hindi and Marathi communication skills with basic English.

Preferred: Experience in spice manufacturing, FMCG, pouch packing, and BRC audits.
