1. Functional understanding of Veeva RIM, and of Submission Content Plans in particular 2. Ability to independently configure in Veeva RIM (lifecycles, Atomic Security, entry criteria, Action Triggers) 3. Change management experience, since the candidate will own this area on their own 4. Basic understanding of med tech submission types (PMA, 510(k), EU MDR Technical Documentation), so the formats are familiar. A more pharma driven background is fine as long as that baseline is there, since the overall approach is the same.
