Role Description The Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot. This role is responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business objectives. The Finance Manager will monitor cash flow, analyze financial performance, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies. Daily tasks include reviewing accounts, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, managing risk, and supporting decision-making with explicit financial insights. The role also involves improving financial processes, implementing controls,



and contributing to strategic initiatives that strengthen the organization’s financial health. Qualifications
• Solid skills in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, with the ability to analyze financial data and prepare clear reports.
• Proficiency in accounting principles, financial controls, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Experience with financial software, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools to support accurate and timely reporting.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability in problem-solving, risk assessment, and decision-making in a quick-paced financial services environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (such as CFA, CPA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
• Prior experience in financial services or banking is highly beneficial, especially in roles involving lending or credit management.
• Capacity to work in office in Rajkot, manage multiple priorities, and uphold high standards of integrity and confidentiality.
