As a Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective planning, execution, and completion of audit & assurance engagements. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of auditors, driving excellence in performance, client satisfaction, adherence to professional standards and firm’s policies

Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage a team of auditors, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
· Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring their professional development and growth.
· Allocate resources efficiently and manage workloads to meet project deadlines.
· Develop detailed audit plans, considering risk assessments and client-specific factors.
· Oversee the execution of audit procedures, ensuring compliance with auditing standards and regulations.
· Review and approve audit workpapers to guarantee accuracy and completeness.
· Implement and enforce quality control processes to maintain the highest standards of service.
· Conduct regular reviews of audit files and documentation to ensure compliance with firm policies and professional standards.




· Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement within the audit function to enhance the team's technical knowledge and skills.
· Prepare and present transparent, concise, and insightful audit reports to clients.
· Communicate audit findings, recommendations, and insights effectively to both clients and internal stakeholders.
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination on cross
- functional projects.
· Monitor and assess audit risks, implementing strategies to mitigate potential issues.
· Manage engagements other than audit / assurance, such as tax assessments, appeals and representations.
