Flatscanner (flatscanner.ai) is building an AI agent for finding a room or flatmate in Bangalore. You tell it what you need and it finds rooms that fit, scores every listing (rent vs the area, drive time to office at 9 am, what's nearby, red flags) and sends you the best ones. People with a spare room can post it free and get matched with people who are already looking. We're early, small and moving fast. The product is live. Now we need the people. THE ROLE You'll grow both sides of Flatscanner in Bangalore: people posting rooms, and people looking for one. That means getting out into the communities where Bangalore actually finds its flats and flatmates: room groups, co-living spaces, landlords, tech parks, current-joiner networks. You'll build relationships there and bring them onto Flatscanner. We won't give you a checklist. We want to hear how you'd do it, and then let you run with it. YOU'LL FIT IF YOU

• Are comfortable messaging, calling and meeting people you don't know, every day
• Like setting a weekly number and tracking it

Bangalore room groups are full of people with a room to let, but group admins rarely promote a new platform. How would you get the first 50 rooms posted on Flatscanner in your first month? Tell us where you'd go, what you'd say, and how many you'd aim for each week. 2. Lots of people move to Bangalore every month for a new job or college and need a room fast. Without paid ads, where would you find these people, and how would you get 200 of them to start their Flatscanner Agent in your first 4 weeks? 3. Tell us about a time you got people to join, sign up or show up for something from scratch: a community, an event, a club or a product. What did you do, what was the final number, and what would you track every week in this role? We read every email and reply to everyone we shortlist.
