Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Internship role based in Delhi, India. The Marketing Intern will support day-to-day marketing activities such as assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns, conducting market research, and gathering insights on student and job seeker needs. The intern will help create and distribute marketing materials across digital and offline channels, engage with prospective users, and provide basic customer service support to ensure a positive experience. The role involves collaborating with team members on outreach initiatives, participating in promotional events,



and tracking key metrics to evaluate campaign performance. This position offers hands-on experience in a startup environment and opportunities to learn about education and career services marketing. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with students, job seekers, and partners.
• Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze audience needs and support the planning of effective campaigns.
• Candidates should possess Sales and basic Marketing skills to assist in outreach, lead generation, and promoting CPFA’s services.
• Candidates should demonstrate good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Delhi, India and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, basic digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software), and an interest in the education/career development sector are beneficial.
