Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Lead – ServiceNow SAM & HAM to join our team for a six-month contract engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM), along with a good understanding of IT Asset Management processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Implement, configure, and support ServiceNow SAM and HAM solutions.
• Manage software and hardware asset lifecycles, including asset tracking, utilization, and compliance.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Support asset discovery, reconciliation, reporting, and process improvements.




• Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth functioning of ServiceNow SAM/HAM modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT asset management processes. Required Skills
• Minimum 6 years of relevant ServiceNow experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAM and HAM modules.
• Positive analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
