Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for overseeing solar installation projects from initiation to completion. This role includes planning project scope and timelines, coordinating with expeditors, vendors, and internal teams, and managing logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. The Project Manager will monitor site activities, supervise inspections and quality checks, and ensure adherence to safety, technical, and regulatory standards. Daily responsibilities also involve tracking project progress, managing budgets, resolving operational issues,



and communicating clearly with clients to provide updates and maintain satisfaction. The role requires hands-on involvement at project sites and close collaboration with engineering, procurement, and operations teams. Qualifications
• Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience with Expeditor and Expediting activities to ensure timely procurement and delivery of project materials.
• Solid Inspection skills with the ability to oversee quality control, safety compliance, and technical standards at project sites.
• Proficiency in Logistics Management to handle material movement, inventory coordination, and on-site resource allocation.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are an advantage.
• Proven experience managing construction, solar, or energy projects, preferably in an EPC or similar environment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and project targets.
• Ability to work on-site in Surat, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and maintain a client-centered approach.
