Job Purpose
• Lead the TLC Membership and Subscription business in a region ensuring targeted performance, customer and client satisfaction from existing business and driving new growth in that region. Compensation

Key Responsibilities
•Key Program KPIs including (a) Membership enrolments, (b) Member usage © Member engagement and and life cycle management and finally driving up retention rates. •Client Satisfaction – maintaining constant connect with Clients in the region •Member Satisfaction •Recent Business and Launch •Regional PNL. •Lead multi location, multi hotel teams in the region including Hotel based Managers and Sales Associates and also Contact Centre teams in the region •Identify suitable growth opportunities; and oversee operational financial health, resource allocation, and risk management •Collaborate with the Corporate teams across tech, digital, marketing, finance, and HR to strengthen the region.



•Present the organization narrative and future Vision to clients •Ensure alignment and synergy across all functions for cohesive operations Education
• Required: Bachelor's degree – BBA/ B.
Tech/ B.
Com Recommended: Master’s Degree – MBA (Sales s Marketing) preferred Experience
• Extensive experience of working in a leading luxury hotel company preferably with a regional role or head of an Operating P&L; of a hotel with a minimum of 200 rooms.
