• Formative Base Rate (First 1–2 Weeks): ₹100 per hour (₹400 for a 4-hour GCC calling block, or ₹800 per day for an 8-hour shift), paid via UPI / bank transfer (with your first 2 trial days settled daily), and performance-based base revisions after the formative period.
• Uncapped Container Closing Bonus (Active from Day 1): ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per FCL container shipped (including repeat container orders from buyers you qualify), paid upon container shipment and export payment realization. About TGK Agro Tirupati Ganeshkripa Agro Products Pvt. Ltd. (TGK Agro), founded in 2007 in Maharashtra, India (APEDA, FSSAI, and IEC registered), exports Sortex-cleaned pulses (toor dal, chana dal, moong dal, urad dal, red & green lentils), Basmati & Non-Basmati rice, and spices (turmeric fingers, cumin seeds, black pepper) from Nhava Sheva (JNPT) to wholesale foodstuff importers across the GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain), Europe, and Africa. What You Will Do (Pre-Emailed Buyer Qualification — Not Blind Cold Calling)
• Call wholesale foodstuff importers and supermarket/HORECA purchase managers in Dubai, Riyadh, Dammam, Muscat, Doha, and Kuwait using our browser-based Mobile SDR CRM & Cloud Power Dialer (works on your smartphone or laptop; zero telecom cost to you).
• Every lead in your CRM queue has already received our intro email (and your screen shows the exact sender email, subject line, sent timestamp, and how many times the buyer opened our email).
• Speak in Arabic and English (plus Urdu/Hindi where helpful) to navigate receptionists, reach the Purchase Manager, ask if they reviewed our email, confirm their monthly pulse/rice/spice requirements, and capture their direct WhatsApp & email for our Export Director to issue live FOB/CIF quotes. Requirements
• Spoken Arabic & English (Required): Able to converse naturally in Arabic and English with GCC switchboards and foodstuff buyers.
• Immediate Availability: Ready to start immediately for a 4-hour or 8-hour daily calling block aligned with GCC business hours.
